Depending on the timing of the cancellation, we will charge a penalty regardless of the number of people.

Timing	Period A (4/1-11/30)
Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in	0％
Cancellation 30 days or less before check-in	20％
Cancellation 7 days or less before Check-In	100％
No-show	100％

Timing	Period B (12/1-3/31)
Cancellation more than 90 days before check-in	0％
Cancellation 90 days or less before check-in	20％
Cancellation 60 days or less before Check-In	100％
No-show	100％

<Notes>

The percentage listed is the penalty percentage of the base hotel charge.
Depending on campaigns, etc., when there is a separate agreement between the hotel and the guest, these rules shall not apply.
Conversion rates for cancellations and repayments, as well as processing charges, vary depending on your credit card company or bank.
