FAQ

Q1. Is your accommodation condominium?

A. It is a condominium unit equipped with kitchen and bathroom. You may feel like that you are at home. Usually you need to cook yourself while staying at condo hotel. The meal time may not be exciting for people staying for a long period of time. However, at Bliss Lodging has a restaurant serving a wide variety of light snacks and drinks at reasonable price. You have options for your meal time depending on your mood of the day. Enjoy more freedom and relaxing time at Bliss Lodging.

Q2. When is check in and check out?

A. You can check in from 3:00 pm. Check out is before 10am on the morning of departure. You can make early check in and late check out with additional charge. But please note that it may not be possible depending on our booking status.

Q3. Can I smoke in the premises?

A. Smoking is not allowed in all our premises. Please use the smoking space located outside when you smoke.

Q4. Can I use credit card?

A. We accept VISA, Master Card for booking payment on the Internet. In our accommodation, you can pay by cash, VISA, Master Card.

Q5. How can I cancel my booking without charge?

A. Please check our cancellation policy for the details. 

Q6. Is an infant counted as one person for booking?

A. If child is under 7 and doesn't require own beddings, he/she is not counted. If child is 7 and over or if child is under 7 but needs own beddings, we count him/her as one person for booking.

Q7. More people than the capacity can stay in the unit?

A. It will incur additional costs. If you wish to use the unit with more people than the capacity, please contact us "Contact".

Q8. Is parking available?

A. Free parking spaces are available. Because the number of spaces is limited, a prior booking is required if you wish to use. If you come by car, please check in advance whether our parking spaces are still available.

Q9. Can I send my luggage to you before my arrival?

A. Yes, you can. When you send your luggage, please ask your delivery service company to deliver it a day before your arrival. Also please write your reservation number, check in date and reservation name in your delivery invoice.
*We cannot accept to receive items required temperature and humidity control, valuable goods and fragile things. Please check our Terms and Conditions for the details.

*Round Trip delivery service makes your procedure easier at your departure.

Q10. Can I deposit my luggage at the reception?

A. We can accept items except cash, transferable securities, jewels and important documents. Please check our Terms&Conditions for the details.

Q11. Can I cook in my room?

A. Fridge, Electric Hobs with 3 cooking zones, Microwave Oven, Electric Kettle and Toaster are equipped in room. If you wish to use Electric Rice Cooker, you can borrow it. Because the number of cookers is limited, please ask about it at the reception located at the administration building first floor. Also other cooking tools, dishes and washing liquid are available. But please bring your own seasonings and spices. You may find some products sold at the front.

Q12. Dish washer is equipped in room?

A. It is equipped Annex and 2 bedrooms Deluxe.

Q13. Do I need to bring my own towel and bath products?

A. Shampoo, conditioner, body soup, bath towel, face towel and hair dryer are equipped in room.

Q14. Do you have washing machine?

A. Please use washing machine and tumble dryer in the second floor of administration building. It is free of charge.

Q15. Where is breakfast room?

A. It is the second floor of reception building. If you wish breakfast, please tell about it the reception by 18:00 the day before.

Q16. Do you have internet access?

A. Free Wi-Fi connection is available through our premises. We also provide LAN cable free of charge at the reception.

Q17. I will take a bus at Chitose Airport. Which bus stop should I get off?

A. Please get off from your bus at Hirafu Welcome Center. There is our free shuttle service between Hirafu Welcome Center and our accommodation.If you wish to use the shuttle service, please let us know your arrival time at 14 days before your arrival

Q18. Which JR station is the nearest?

A. It is JR Kutchan Station. It takes about 15 minutes by car. Our pick up service is available at the station.If you wish to use the shuttle service, please let us know your arrival time at 14 days before your arrival

Q19. Is there any convenience store or super market nearby?

A. Lawson and Seikomart are a 2-3 minute drive from here. About super market, MaxValu and Lucky in Kutchan city are a 15 minute drive from here.

Q20. Which Ski area is your recommendation?

A. There are 4 ski areas in Niseko. You can enjoy high quality powdery snow everywhere. The nearest ski slope is a 5 minute drive, Grand Hirafu Ski Slope (http://www.grand-hirafu.jp/).

Q21. How long it takes to the ski slope of Grand Hirafu?

A. Take a shuttle bus in front of us and the next stop is Grand Hirafu Ski Slope. It takes about 5 minutes. (It is operated by Grand Hirafu Ski Resort from early December to early April. The schedule may vary depending on season. Please contact them for further details.) Also you can take a bus to Hanazono Ski Slope in front of us. You can go different places during your stay.

Q22. Ski and snowboard rental service is available?

A. There are ski and snowboard rental shops in each ski slope. Please use these services.

Q23. Is there a hospital nearby?

A. Kutchan Kosei Hospital is a 20 minute drive. (TEL:+81-136-22-1141)
