J.LODGING Co., Ltd. (hereafter the "Company") carefully treats your personal information collected through our service provided via this website (hereafter the "Service") in accordance with the following privacy policy (hereafter the "Policy").

  2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the definition of a third party shall not be applicable when:

    3. (3) the Company shares personal information with a designated entity, concerning which the Company either informs you in advance, or makes available for you to know, the types of personal information to be shared, scope of sharing, purpose of use, and name of the individual/entity in charge of managing the said personal information.

Article 6: Disclosure, Amendment, Addition, Deletion or Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  1. The Company will promptly respond to your request whenever you ask us to disclose your personal information, amend or add its contents, or delete or suspend the use of them. In the following cases, however, the Company might not be able to comply with your request. For each procedure, the Company may verify your identity and charge 1,000 yen per case as a service fee:
    1. (1) when the life, body, assets, or other rights or interests belonging to you or a third party is at risk;
    2. (2) when it may seriously undermine the Company’s adequate business operation; or
    3. (3) other than the above cases, when it infringes laws and regulations.
  2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not disclose information other than personal information, such as history and characteristic information, in principle.

Article 7: Overseas Data Transfer

  1. The information we collect may be transferred to overseas countries where we have business for storage and transaction or transferred between such overseas countries for the purpose of utilizing such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Company implements all the required measures reasonably in order that customers’ data are treated safely in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  2. Those who are browsing this website are deemed to have given us the explicit consent to the aforesaid transfer of personal information.

Article 8: Safety of Your Personal Information

  1. The Company takes technically and organizationally reasonable measures to prevent loss, misuse, or falsification of your personal information.
