J.LODGING Co., Ltd. (hereafter the "Company") carefully treats your personal information collected through our service provided via this website (hereafter the "Service") in accordance with the following privacy policy (hereafter the "Policy").

In the following cases, however, the Company might not be able to comply with your request. For each procedure, the Company may verify your identity and charge 1,000 yen per case as a service fee:

    2. (2) when it may seriously undermine the Company’s adequate business operation; or
    3. (3) other than the above cases, when it infringes laws and regulations.
  2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not disclose information other than personal information, such as history and characteristic information, in principle.

  1. The information we collect may be transferred to overseas countries where we have business for storage and transaction or transferred between such overseas countries for the purpose of utilizing such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
